If you have, take with you:

 

• Rehabilitation referral (recommendations from Orthopaedist)

• Medical documentation (hospital discharges, medical tests results ie.: X-ray, CT, RMI, USG)

• A list of permanent taken medications

 

Take with you comfortable, loose-fitting outfit (underwear), which will allow  free access to the affected part of body.

 

In the interest of patient comfort we announce that our office has got bathroom and toilet, which can be used both, before and after therapy (please, bring your towel).
